Project Description
Plenty of people in China want to use Claude and get stuck on the network setup. The need was real and people were willing to pay, but nobody had packaged it into something they could finish on their own.
Two tiers: a ¥19.9 step-by-step guide and a ¥49.9 one-click configuration script. The pricing is built around willingness to pay and near-zero marginal cost. Delivery is automated, the documents are watermarked, and there is hands-on support for the people who get stuck anyway. It survived platform reviews, duplicate-listing flags and one takedown, each fixed by me.

What I learned
Revenue tracked my hours one-to-one, because support needs a human online. Seeing that ceiling is why I started building an AI support agent for the shop.
The product was never the script. It was the promise that someone would get them to the end.
